Notice is hereby given that Reworld Bristol, Inc (the “applicant”) of 170 Enterprise Drive, Bristol, CT 06010 has submitted to the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection an application under section 22a-208a of the Connecticut General Statutes for a permit to conduct a regulated activity in the construction, alteration or operation of solid waste facilities.
Specifically, the applicant proposes to add backup waste delivery system to ensure wastes can be processed when the main automated feed system is not in service. The proposed activity will take inside the existing buildings at 170 Enterprise Drive, Bristol, CT 06010. The proposed activity will potentially affect: Land.
