I look forward to future collaboration with you and your programs.”

Margaret Banker’s response: Thank you for having me come out to speak about ADA Paratransit and the taxi cab Encompass and Freedom Ride program….All of the information in more detail can be found on our website: https://www.ctada.com

Communication from Chairman Micari to Senator Catherine Osten and Representative Toni Walker:

I am writing as Chair of the Bristol Commission for Persons with Disabilities, to endorse the proposed expansion of DOT bus route 502 / 229 corridor, as part of a budget item involving the Bristol and New Britain area. This longstanding bus route expansion need has been identified and endorsed, as an important public transportation enhancement for all riders, especially individuals with disabilities and functional needs. This route expansion will enable user access to the Bristol Adult Education Center, ESPN, Lake Compounce, several Industrial Park businesses and other area locations. Please consider this important Public Transportation matter, as you deliberate on this year's biennial budget.
