j. To award Contract 2021-072C Roadway Reconstruction/Drainage and Miscellaneous Work to B & W Paving & Landscaping, LLC for $408,940, contingent upon successful resolution of information relevant to filings and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary. 5j

12. Award of Contract 2C21-055B Pequabuck River Conduit-Culvert Rehabilitation to Schultz Corporation for $579,055.48 and to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary. 12

13. Resolution regarding approval of the 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant and to refer to the Board of Finance. 13

14. To approve submission of a $2,000 grant to Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation to repair an historic fence in Old North Cemetery, to authorize the Mayor or Acting Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary, and to refer to the Board of Finance. 14
