1.    Approval of minutes of the regular Joint Meeting on December 12, 2023. (Unapproved Dec JM 2023)

2.    Consent Calendar.

a.    To transfer $27,670 within the Special Grants and Donations Fund for Professional Fees. (JM 2a)

b.    To transfer $30,000 within the Public Works operating budget for Engineering Part Time wages. (JM 2b)

c.    To transfer $450,000 within the Capital Projects Fund for the North Main Street Streetscapes project. (JM 2c)

d.    To make an additional appropriation of $800 within the Special Grants and Donations Fund funded by donations for CERT. (JM 2d)

3.    To transfer $31,000 from the General Fund Contingency account to Department of Aging - Dial A Ride for additional rides. (JM 3)

4.    To transfer $52,813 from the General Fund Contingency account to Fire Department Professional Fees for foam disposal. (JM 4)

5.    To transfer $15,000 from the General Fund Contingency account for Unemployment. (JM 5)

6.    Monthly revenue and expense report presentation by Comptroller. (010924 JM Update)

7.    Any other business proper to come before said meeting.
